Call your Mistress Sam
I’m going to a big cookout on the 4th with friends. Babyback ribs on the grill and smoker. Two cooks trying to outdo each other. Lol. I don’t care as long as I don’t have to cook.
Potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, candy corn on the cob, deviled eggs, garlic bread, Hawaiian rolls, watermelon, pineapple upside down cake. Plus the appetizers and drinks. COLD BEER for beer lovers. Wine, mixed drinks for everyone else.
There’s a nice big pool there calling my name during my “hot” spells. I love swimming and lounging but the sun is not my friend too much these days. I prefer to get my “fake tan” from a bottle. Sun causes wrinkles, sun spots, and cancer so be careful you sun worshippers.
I can’t wait for all the fun we’ll have on the 4th. Later on we’ll watch fireworks and set some off ourselves. You boys are firing them up all ready I bet <wink>
I may not have my phone on very long that day (the 4th-Sunday) so you boys better call me early. Or your fire crackers may fizzle out.
